very regularly on my channel and this is when I’m talking about YouTube first
thing is ma’am I do not know what topic to choose to start my YouTube channel
and another question is that ma’am I do not know why my channel is not growing I’m
going to address the second one today so I’m going to talk about getting your
first 1000 subscribers.

subscribers is not all that difficult
a couple of months ago on my channel people feel that there are some secrets
attached to it I want to burst your bubble here there are no secrets absolutely
no secrets everybody who begins their channel begins it at the same level as
you do or you’re going to do.
so if you’re already creating content or you’re just about to start creating
content it’s exactly the same for
everybody it used to be exactly the same for me people feel that if you if
you’re a girl or if you’re a good looking girl you’re going to get more subscribers
guys I hardly agree to that I do not
believe in that only your face or only your smile or your eyes or your lips are
not going to get you subscribers no it’s
not going to the thing that really works for YouTube is useful content and
entertaining content so either you’ve got to be useful or you’ve got to be
entertaining there is no other way of making it big on YouTube.
How you can actually get your first 1000 subscribers
let’s talk about how you can actually get your first 1000 subscribers and I
think I have some really important pieces of information to give you uh using
my own example and using my own um experience of this little bit whatever I’ve.
while you must be knowing this even if you do not know I’m going to inform you
anyway the thing is that I was sitting at 35 000 subscribers that was in the
month of mayor so may towards the end of May I think I don’t really remember
but the point is that whatever growth happened on my channel happened in just a
matter of two and a half months okay and then sustaining the growth is another
issue there are people.

in just a month or maybe a couple of weeks it definitely does happen with
people but it happens with only few people you cannot depend on it.
depend upon two things first of all your focus should be on creating some value
okay secondly your focus should be on doing a lot of research these are two
things that are going to really make you work you they’re going to really help
you in your growth on YouTube see understand when you start as a content
creator on YouTube there are a few things that you are looking for there are
mainly three things which people look for when they start on YouTube either
they are looking for recognition okay or they are looking for money or they are
looking for adding value something that you call create getting creative
satisfaction it’s just that you prioritize things differently some people may
prioritize something else and some people may prioritize something else.
have to tell you about myself um the thing that really really matters to me the
most is adding value I love creating unique kind of content and something that
can inspire and motivate people and you know make them learn something new and
that is because I am I’m an experimenting person I experiment a lot with my
life I have tried a lot of jobs I’ve tried a lot of different careers I have I
have done a lot in a very short span of my life and I love telling people about it so that is one
thing that i prioritize the most.
is the second thing that I prioritize second thing that I prioritize is recognition
i like getting recognition that is like a weakness okay thirdly of course of
course money of course okay it’s like a primary source of income from me right
now okay so now talking about you any of these three can be your primary motive
of working on YouTube and any of these three are perfectly okay the mistake that
people do is that they start working and
they forget about the learning curve they feel that they are going to they are
masters of everything and they know everything guys you can never know
everything no matter how long you’ve been working on YouTube or working.
Amazing Ideas to Increase Subscribers on YouTube
I
have literally asked people to do it on my behalf so there cannot be one single
day when you’re not looking at YouTube or around YouTube would mean that you
know searching about topics on Google for YouTube and there is a lot of content
that has been created so of course there is a problem of noise a lot of noise
finding signals from the noise is going to be one hard challenge for you right
so whenever you want to search for something they’re going to be so many
different things written about it that you will completely get confused and
then you know what I do I will tell you
whenever I am doing my research and I want to find out an answer to a problem
of mine.
whenever I search obviously there are
thousands of things that are poured into my face right the moment I click search right it’s going to
happen with you what do you do and what I do is that I just pick one pick one
okay anything any one thing because they cannot be a perfect is a misconception there is nothing like
perfect just pick anything and start from there okay all you have to focus is
creating useful and entertaining content your content has to be useful to some
people in the beginning okay and then it has to be entertaining.
when you start to progress a little by little every day I mean um getting even
three subscribers in a day which is probably going to happen after a while um
as I’ve always said for the first 50 videos don’t even think about getting one
single subscriber okay so even if you start getting one or two subscribers or
let’s say bare minimum 3 subscribers in a day that will count up to 1 000
subscribers in a year your first 1000 are the hardest and I have a news for you
it’s not even about 1000 if you are capable enough to get your first 500 300
400 500 people who do not know you otherwise it’s it should not be the people.

have known you from your childhood no they shouldn’t be those people I’m
talking about the organic traffic if you’re capable of getting 200 300 that
means you are adding value to those 200 300 people in that case you shouldn’t
give up after that all you have to do is you have to multiply your effort okay
and you have to do more of what you’re doing try and search about different
ideas and different things that you have been doing.

to do them differently and do them better okay um nobody has see even at you
look at the quality of this video look at the quality of this video is this a
perfect quality video no of course it is this is I mean lesser than the average
this is below average and if sitting almost close to 3 lakh subscribers if I
can be using something so shabby to create a video I know this is not really
good.
How to increase YouTube subscribers organically
my laptop I have a reason for that okay maybe I’ll give you some other day I do
have a camera but sometimes I don’t use it there are a few types of videos
which I shoot only from the laptop’s webcam okay so the point is that it does
not matter what your camera quality is it really does not matter if you’re good
if you’re good if you know if you know how you can impact and touch somebody’s
life it will not matter the kind of quality of the camera is or your sound
quality is people are going to find a way to understand you to look at you to
listen to you and even come back to your video sometimes okay it’s going to be
shocking.
way people you are going to get most of the times you’re going to get response
from the video which you will expect the
least out of so there may be a video which you think is horrible but may just
perform brilliantly well for you and that exactly what happened on in my case
the video that rocked my channel which is almost close to 1 million views and
it was uploaded 2 months ago.

video uh was shot using this webcam okay this is the setup that I used for that
video I could not have imagined that the video is going to blow up and it’s
going to along with the video my channel is going to blow up along with it okay
so the thing is that camera quality does not matter if you have two or three
hundred people who have organically come to your channel absolutely no
advertisement and not you asking them to subscribe then that means you have the
potential to grow into thousands also.
How to choose content for YouTube channel
now
talking about what topic to choose and where you can start with I would say you
should start with the topic that you’re most comfortable with do not put a lot
of pressure on your mind right in the beginning that is always a mistake if I
do not know something I will never create a video on that topic there must be
something special in your life something special some special incident that
might have happened in your life some special person that may have touched your
life create a video about that start with that okay see how the responses and
mostly since you’re starting the response is going to be horrible okay do not
expect very good results in the beginning okay getting your first 1000
subscribers is probably going to be the hardest thing but even after getting
your 1000 subscribers if you are thinking that you’re going to uh start
monetizing your videos it doesn’t happen that way you need 4000 hours watch
time also only then your videos get monetized and you have to maintain that so
not just blowing up but maintaining
the
growth is another challenge that means YouTube is nothing less than any other
job that you will do if you’re planning on taking it full time I mean full time
in the future not of course not right now it’s going to take you a while to get
into that stream where you are working full time on YouTube but to start with
focus on getting your first 100 subscribers then your next target should be 500
and then maybe 1000 can be the next target and if you if you are able to touch
that you will be able to touch millions also okay it’s just a surety that you
get you know that it’s worthwhile to look at you and your channel you can start
with variety of topics you don’t have to stick to one particular topic you can
start with a variety okay and in the long run when you’re going to create more
and more videos
some
people are going to start watching the videos and the video is going to your
channel is going to get more attraction and your channel is going to get more
viewership automatically people are going to help you take up the topics they
are going to suggest you sorry spay video banana so please make a video on this
man please why don’t you speak on that topic anymore I will loved it please say
something more about that so people are going to suggest you some brilliant
ideas.
you are getting only one viewer for each
which is not going to happen actually it’s going to be disproportionate okay
but still if you’re getting only one viewer for each of your videos that means
you’re getting 100 views in a day and ideally speaking out of those 100 views
and if you’re creating some quality some not great but okay quality one out of
those hundred is going to subscribe to your channel and as that quantity is
going to increase further okay if there are one lakh people turning to your
channel out of those one lakh people are going to start subscribing to your
channel.
Every
day that is how it happens trust me that is how it happens when the quantity
increases the quantity itself becomes the quality okay so the quantity has a
major role to play over here not lying to you seriously just start on somewhere

on your behalf you will have to do it on your own it’s your life take the

know this Post has picked up a lot of
length but I still need to say a few things which are left in my mind to be
spoken first of all there are a few things that you can do you can start
connecting your social media accounts and start propagating about your videos
to your known ones and um connecting your Instagram and YouTube and Facebook
and everything together but guys being honest with you I never did that in the
beginning okay I never told my family members I never told my friends but when
you’re working on YouTube this is not going to be a secret for very long
because YouTube algorithms work in a fashion that they figure out and then they
promote your videos to your known ones.
then eventually everybody finds out okay
but initially I never told anybody in my family the reason being that when I
tell people about what I’m doing I feel that they are watching me which they
may not be doing they may not be watching me actually because nobody really has
time to watch you all the time okay they may not be watching me but I get this feeling I am that person who feels
that that the spotlight is always on her.
So I’m being watched that is the feeling
that I get so that is why I never told them so if you feel that you’re going to
get this pressure on your head that the people are going to watch you and they
are observing you and your growth I
would suggest don’t tell this to anybody wait for a while first work create
some value let the channel moving okay get it moving and then inform your loved
ones that is going to be I think better but again it’s your choice I mean you
may belong to either of the groups you can be one of those who wants to hide it
from everybody like me or you can be from that group which wants to tell
everybody right in the beginning but I don’t think that telling everybody right
in the beginning is always a good idea I don’t think so it’s better to hide it
from everybody and when you are a little bit successful it’s okay to tell them
then because then you have something to show off now otherwise right in the
beginning please subscribe for more but

you achieve in your life you have to work very hard for it so this is a
benchmark that is worth working hard for okay it is going to get you money it
is going to get you recognition it’s going to get you a lot of satisfaction in
sense of creative creativity and creative satisfaction that’s exactly.
